Delivery & Refund Policies
All AMP'd UP Images products are digital or live online services. Nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping costs, and listed prices are final. Commercials: After purchase, you'll receive a link to a short brief form. Your first draft arrives within 5–7 days of receiving your completed brief and photos (10–14 days for the 3-Commercial Pack; 48–72 hours with Rush Delivery). Each commercial includes 2 rounds of revisions. Final videos are delivered by private download link. Classes: After purchase, you'll receive a link to book your class time. Classes are held live online by screen-share. You can reschedule free with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed classes without notice can't be refunded but may be rescheduled once. Refunds: Because every commercial and class is custom-made for you, refunds are available only before work begins (before your brief is reviewed or before your class takes place). Once work has started, we'll make it right with revisions instead. If anything is wrong or late, contact us and we'll fix it. Help: Email getampdimages@gmail.com. We reply within 24 hours.

5. Your 48–72 hour clock starts once payment, your complete brief and materials, and your approved creative direction are all in.

Rush applies to the first video draft. Revisions follow the standard schedule.
Times are counted in business days, Monday through Friday.
If I can't confirm rush for your dates, I'll tell you before you pay.
