UTI, Urinary Tract Infections Natural Remedies

A UTI, Urinary Tract Infection, is an inflammation of the kidneys, bladder, or the urethra. Symptoms of UTI include pain, burning or urge to urinate. Causes of UTI may include sensitivity to soaps, poor sanitary conditions, or especially in urinary tract infection in women, from a short urethra.

Medorrhinum – painful tenesmus (spasmodic contraction) when urinating. Ammonia-urine, scalding; urine flows very slowly. Bedwetting. Better damp weather, bending back or stretching, fresh air, rubbing; worse sunrise to sunset, heat 3 am to 4 am. Everything seems unreal, time passes to slow; hurried, anxious, wild feeling.

Sarsaparilla – tenesmus (spasmodic contraction) of bladder. Urinary tract infection pain from right kidney downward. Severe pain at conclusion of urination. Can pass urine only when standing; urine dribbles while sitting. Urine bloody, pussy. Kidney colic and painful urination in infants; child screams before and while passing urine. Better warmth, standing, uncovering neck and chest; worse sitting, cold, wet, dampness.

Staphysagria – chronic urinary tract infection where antibiotics don’t help, or there is no medical reason for infection. For those with a history of sexual abuse, or get painful urinary tract infections after intercourse.

Thuja – cutting squeezing in bladder and urethra; bladder feels paralyzed, must wait for urination. Desire sudden and urgent, but cannot be controlled. Urethra infection swollen inflamed. Fight causes of UTI, Better warm, motion, crossing legs, pressure; worse cold dampness, during menses, urinating. Introverted; fixed ideas; hurried with ill humor, talks hastily.
