Chakra Colors – Heart Spiral Meditation

Many teachers begin their basic Chakra meditation classes starting with the root Chakra and working upwards to the seventh.  While there is necessarily nothing wrong with this, for many people their inner voices whisper to them that “you’re supposed to start with the heart… this is the first Chakra… central to all other Chakras”!

In this article you will learn about Chakra colors and just one of many meditation techniques rated Adept; since the source of this information is well versed with out of body experiences and astral travel, ending up with his own meditation technique “the heart-spiral”, which seems to harmonize well and pretty much everyone else that was told/taught this technique reported excellent feedback.

The reason many focus on the 7 glands/Chakra system is because these are the main vortex/energy points where the soul interfaces with the biological spacesuit via the gland system which produces hormones (harmony).  Nevertheless, some believe from experience that there are actually 24 prime Chakras.  12 are in this physical manifestation and 12 are in the non-physical.

We pulse in and out of this existence of focus at approx 24 times per second but are only conscious of the time we are in the physical (possibly why video movie frame rates were based on a minimum of 24 Hz i.e. frames per second).  From 12 of these prime Chakras, 7 are mirrored and aligned with the body glands.  These are the ones used for the heart-spiral.

The other 5 Chakras are over-laid as follows: one above your head, at approx. 60 centimeters above the crown and two hovering in and above your wrists approximately 15 cm, and two in the souls/soles of your feet (i.e. one in each foot).

Another issue of contention and confusion is which gland is regarded in the position of the 7th crown Chakra.  Is it the Pineal or the Pituitary?  Reports from astral travels reveal that the Pineal is the crown, the communication device between the all-that-is, receiving and transmitting all frequencies.  The Pituitary is the surveyor and the two work closely together setting up a resonance chamber in the brain between the two.

Everything Begins With the Heart…

The soul’s primary node is this area approx. 2 inches left of the “liver” up underneath the rib-cage virtually to the bottom right of the heart.  Some know this also as the “assemblage” point and there are some that actually claim to move the assemblage point from below the liver into the above area for re-aligning purposes.

All energy coming into and out of the body is through the heart Chakra which then loops around in a spiral fashion feeding into and out of the other Chakras.

The sequence is as follows…

from 1 to 7 and the correlating Chakra Colors:

4th Chakra – Heart (green) enters here first then

3rd Chakra – Solar Plexus (yellow) then

5th Chakra – Throat (blue) then

2nd Chakra – Sacral (orange) then

6th Chakra – Brow/3rd Eye (indigo) then

1st Chakra – Base/Root (red) then

7th Chakra – Crown (violet)

… then cycles thru again to the heart Chakra.

The above is a simple sequence form 1 to 7 of the Chakras opening up.

If you draw the flow of it, it is like a spiral.

1. Heart

Thymus Gland – Green

First for unconditional love, allowance, and transformation.

Transmutation of ALL energy.

Receiving and Giving

chakra colors

2. Solar Plexus

Spleen / Pancreas – Yellow

Where the energy and frequencies coming in from the heart are experienced as emotions and feelings.

Where integrity and power of SELF are based.

hs2

3. Throat

Thyroid Gland – Blue

Where you voice/verbalize what you feel.

Where your feelings and emotions are expressed.

hs3

4. Sacral

Gonad – Orange

Where the creativity occurs for the expressions that you feel.

Giving and Receiving (give/take)

hs4

5. Eye / Brow / Ear / Nose

Pituitary Gland – Indigo

Where you perceive and reflect.

Become aware of…” real eyes” your creations.

Your ears and nose are also connected to this Chakra.

Sight – Sound – Smell

hs5

6. Base / Root

Adrenal Gland – Red

Which grounds you to this physical/matter reality.

hs6

7. Crown

Pineal Gland – Violet

Connects you to the Universe/complete-SELF.

Whole Being/Spirit and then loops/spirals back into the heart Chakra.

Spiraling around again.  Creating a spiraling torsion field.

hs7

Also as an alternative, you can start with the heart and then focus on pairs (one above and one below).

1. Heart

2. Solar + Throat

3. Sacral+ Brow

4. Base + Crown

Instead of seven steps, you do it in 4-steps.

Consider the 4-chambers of the heart, 4-aorta’s and the heart is 4th Chakra.

Then the heart also has 7- muscles, which spin/tilt the blood like a spiraling vortex.

Interestingly doing some numbers on the Chakra sequence you find:

4 + 3 = 7
then 5 + 2 = 7
then 6 + 1 = 7
then 7

or with the 4th as the center

then 5 + 3 = 8
then 2 + 6 = 8
then 1 + 7 = 8

Octave of 4= 8 = Infinite Spiral Loop!

Consider heart disease is one of the number one killers.  WHY?  It is not just food/diet, it is the energy dynamics of the heart.  If the heart is not open and tuned/flowing and allowing the energy to spiral through correctly it can cause imbalances in the rest of the body and affect other things.

Some examples of blocked chakras symptoms are if the heart is blocked and you are trying to open and/or close Chakras/Seals that are closed below the heart then “dis-ease” can manifest problems in that region in the body.

The same goes if above the heart, energy may be trying to flow/spiral/cycle thru and it can’t because the heart is closed/blocked, pressure then builds up and bang!

Also if the energy is not released from the top half or the bottom half, due to the heart seal closed or blocked (not fully open), then those Seals/Chakra’s can burn out or over stress/overwork and start causing physical ailments in those areas as well as pressure on the heart-Chakra and the heart itself.

Simply having an unbalanced or closed heart will cause other Chakras and their respective glands to either overwork/stress and burn out.  This is reflected and can be seen where some overuse/draining of certain areas.

Extreme examples are addictions such as sex or drugs, or you may notice some people talk too much; some people are over emotional; some people have severe eye/sight problems or hearing etc.

Also if you feel inclined you can sit cross-legged and also clasp and hold your hands out in front of your heart area.  Imagine your hands like a flame or ready to catch a ball and remember to breathe in/out like woosh-shhh sound… (note: the lungs are situated in the area of the heart Chakra).

Adding to this information you can focus on the Chakras while meditating with several tools, from crystals that assist each Chakra in particular, to sound frequencies, aromatherapy, intention, etc.

Definitely an interesting method to practice with.  Leave your comments below about your own experiences!

Chakra Centers Of Mother Earth

Just as humans have seven (or more) identifiable energy centers in the body or swirling vortices of subtle energy, so are there Chakra centers of Mother Earth that govern her health and act as a reflection of her energetic evolution.  Dr. Hiroshi Motoyama developed a way to measure the Chakra centers of the human body – to give them a scientific basis although they have been considered purely Metaphysical for centuries – though Saints, Sages, Monks, and Yogis knew of their existence long before they were recognized by scientific instruments.

“There are many cultures that conceive of an energetic system which runs the body, but the Yogic Chakra System is said to be 4000-5000 years old.  Chakra translates loosely to mean  “wheel” from Sanskrit, but it more accurately describes a vortex of rotating energy.  Some Chakra systems contain twelve primary Chakras, others fewer, but they refer to a map of the energy circulating through the body, primarily through the spinal column.  Each Chakra is situated near an endocrine gland that is responsible for regulating hormonal reactions in the body.  The Chakras also act as translators of energy.  They assimilate energy from surrounding influences, including your own emotions and thoughts and the Chakras of others.  In the yogic conceptualization of the Chakra system, there are seven primary energy Chakras.” (Yogaforums.com)

Each Chakra has its own bandwidth of energy, and it governs the perspective of each person at that vibration.

The Earth’s Chakras are very similar.  They are reflective of the root all the way to the crown.

sedonavortex-1

The Chinese/Japanese conceptualization of the Chakras or meridians is slightly different than the Indian conceptualization as is the Kabbalistic, but they weave into a very cohesive understanding of the energy body.  Such is also the case with the Earth’s energetic vortices or Chakras.

If we look at nature, we discover that design and innovation – the architect and the inventor – are at work.

What is the goal of this effort?  Alone, among the planets in the solar system,  Earth is the matrix for life.

According to esoteric geographer Robert Coon, “the Earth is a living being, with its own creative, evolutionary will, and with its own methods for enacting that purpose“.

What are the maximum potentialities for life?

It is the true will of the Earth to find the answers to this question, and to communicate these results to other laboratories of life throughout the universe.” (earthchakras.org)  The same way that Kundalini energy weaves its way up the spine from the root of the spinal cord in a human being, in a DNA-like fashion, so energy also rotates throughout the planet.

chakra centers of mother earth

Here are the most commonly accepted geographic locations of the planet’s Chakra system and what they represent spiritually.  (Please note that some locations are not fixed because it is thought that the Chakras can shift locations based on planetary cycles):

1st Chakra –

Corresponds to the Root or Mooladhara Chakra

Mt. Shasta in California is considered the root chakra of the planet.

(Some also say this is the 5th Chakra of the planet.)

This energy center is considered primal and “base”.

Here is where the universal life force is considered to gather before it becomes life – and is representative of the geysers which rush to the surface with energy the same way that Kundalini energy is thought to rush to the crown, or Pineal gland, was awakened from the root Chakra.

2nd Chakra –

Corresponds to the Sexual Chakra or Swadhistana

Lake Titicaca – Peru/Bolivia is considered the 2nd Chakra of the planet. The Plumed Serpent – found in many South American myths is representative of the Kundalini energy rising to the sexual Chakra of the planet.

Also called the Rainbow Serpent, this center has some of the most ley crossroads or ley lines on the planet, second only to Bali.  It is where our primal energy starts to “birth” itself, quite literally into form.  Some say that it is through this Chakra that the Earth overcomes entropy.

3rd Chakra –

Corresponds to Manipura or the Solar Plexus Chakra

Uluru, otherwise known as Ayers Rock in Australia along with Kata Tjuta, are the home of the Earth’s 3rd Chakra. This huge, monolithic rock is in the Northern Territory of Australia.

This is where Dreamtime legends arise from the Aboriginal peoples.  Anangu life revolves around the Tjukurpa (sometimes wrongly referred to as “the Dreamtime”). To the Aboriginal people, this is the ancestral period when the world was being formed.  Kata Tjuta is considered Uluru’s sister rock formation.  In us, the solar plexus is where we digest emotion – on the planet, it is where we will one day realize a legend told by the Aborigines from the “umbilical cord” of the planet.

4th Chakra –

The Heart Chakra, called Anahata in Indian traditions

Glastonbury, Somerset, and Shaftesbury, Dorset comprise the center of the world’s heart Chakra. This is the home of the Holy Grail.

It is perhaps, also our greatest contribution to ourselves, and our fellow sentient beings on this planet –  where we can open our hearts to heal the earth and allow her to embody her rightful place as a peaceful, loving satellite in space.  Interestingly, this is an area known for high levels of crop-circle sightings that exhibit magnetic abnormalities.

5th Chakra –

The Throat or Vissuddha Chakra

The throat or voice of the planet is located near the Great Pyramids near Mt. Sanai and Mt. Olives in the Middle East. This is the one Chakra that does not exist at a ley line.

It is the exact center of the earth’s land mass as it currently is configured.  Modern-day turmoil in the Middle East is considered to be “the cries of the mother,” or the voice of the planet calling for help.

6th Chakra –

The Pineal Gland or Third Eye Chakra

This chakra can shift – it is called the Aeon activation Center.

Now it is considered to be in Western Europe but will likely move over the next several thousand years.

This Chakra is the one that opens portals and allows extra-dimensional energy to enter this world.

Just like our Pineal gland allows us to recognize other dimensions and realities, so does the 6th chakra of the Earth.

7th Chakra –

The Crown Chakra or Sahasrara, the Thousand Petaled Lotus, the Highest Energy Center

Mt. Kailas in the Himalayas in Tibet is considered the “roof of the world” and also our Earth’s Crown Chakra. The highly developed consciousness of Tibetan people, as evidenced through the Dalai Lama’s teachings, is indicative of the energy that resides at the Crown Chakra of the planet.

Just as our own crown connects our will with Divine will, so does Mt. Kailas connect the planet with her spiritual destiny

8-Year-Old Explains How TV and Violent Games Disrupt the Pineal Gland

What is it about the Pineal gland, our third eye, that makes it so mysterious? The secretory function is just now partially understood, but philosophers throughout history have regarded it as having particular importance due to its location deep in the brain, and its sensed connection to spirit.

Philosopher Rene Descartes regarded the Pineal Gland as, “the principal seat of the soul and the place in which all our thoughts are formed”.

In his book The Passions of the Soul, he describes how the human soul is connected with the physical body by the Pineal Gland, which is suspended above the passage through which spirits in the brain’s anterior cavities communicate with spirits in its posterior cavities.

In an incredibly wise and informative interview, a kid who calls himself King Nahh, explains how sensitive the third eye is to media programming and brainwashing, literally cutting off its spiritual functions.  At only 8 years old, he is surprisingly knowledgeable and well-spoken.

How Do Crystals Work?

Crystals form over many years, deep within the earth within the forces of solid matter.  They form in places that are rich in minerals, usually molten rock.  The process in which they are formed usually occurs when hot gases encounter cool surroundings and in turn deposit crystals.  The perfect formation of crystals occurs when the temperature and concentration of the solution they are forming from are in harmony.  It seems it is a type of alchemy that takes place in their formation, as is the same with anything that comes from nature, but the specific formation of crystals is what attracts people to them the most.

There are huge arrays of different types of crystals in all different shapes, sizes, and colors.  Throughout history and continuing into the present day, some people believe in the energetic properties crystals have as well as their aesthetic beauty which can be utilized for color therapy.  Although crystals are not spoken about in science to have healing effects, when we listen to our spiritual guides from around the world we see that there is, in fact, a healing property within these crystals that can be utilized within our lives just by being in their presence.

This, it seems is what can be difficult to grasp for some people as they are skeptical, as we all are when something new is presented to us.  However, this is not a new concept, it only appears so in our modern day since we are so heavily bombarded by science and the outer world of tangible reality.  The healing benefits of crystals can sometimes be met with much speculation.  It is understandable that people may think crystals cannot actually do anything outside of appeal to our eyes.

We understand that plants and water carry the same energizing and healing effects only because we consume them, therefore, what about the energy of matter and how it affects our lives?  For instance, when a person is in the presence of wondrous art, a scenic view of nature, or even in the presence of a person who is negative, then why are we so affected by these things if we do not consume them?  This is because everything is made up of energy.  This energy field cannot always be seen by our eyes, rather it can be sensed or felt.  Even our entire bodily system is made purely out of energy, which science does not contradict against.

Since the healing effects of crystals cannot be so easily pinned down by science when many factors need to be taken into account, it all comes down to what we ourselves choose to believe.  This is the same for anything in life, have no doubts about it, because it is our judgments and reactions that create our world, not the other way around.

Crystals radiate pure patterns since they are sourced directly from nature.  They are mother natures production of art and a representation of how energy is harnessed correctly to create perfect harmony in the material world.

“Each stone resonates with a slightly different pattern geometrically.  These same geometric patterns reside in our systems and organs.” – Benjamin Dean

Therefore, the structural patterns that are active in say a Rose quartz (generally used in order to open the heart chakra) can balance out the same energy structure in our heart.  Nature has created this amazing world we live in, therefore, to believe that nature only creates material that is “pretty to look at” no longer makes sense since the biological codes that exist within and without of us in this world are so magnificently intricate that everything has a purpose.

It is important to first understand the healing benefits that each crystal can have for each different part of your physical, mental and spiritual energies.  Only once you have fully understood and experienced this inherent knowledge surrounding crystals can you begin to see the results.
