Herbs for Cavity Pain

The following herbs are directed toward pain associated with cavities.
Arnica flower tincture – when gargled in water works like topical pain remover..
Calendula flowers whole – removes pain, helps on tissue healing. Make a tea, gargle several times a day.
Chamomile flowers whole – used as a tea helps remove tooth pain.
Jamaican Dogwood tincture – dropped into tooth with cotton swab knocks out pain.
Myrrh tincture – use 10 drops in 4 ounces of water to stop pain and kill bacterial.
Plantain tincture – works quickly to relieve pain used in a cavity. Use as needed.
St. John’s wort tincture – also works quickly and especially for nerve pain.
Cell Salts to Help Prevent Cavities
To make a cell salt solution, put up to 10 tablets of each cell salt in a 16- to 24-ounce bottle; fill with water and swirl to dissolve tablets. Sip throughout the day.

Antimonium crud – pains in hollow teeth. Toothache worse touching tongue. Sore teeth, nerve pains.
Belladonna – throbbing pain that is intolerable. Better from biting. Toothache with red hot face. Teeth feel on edge and elongated. Grinding of teeth.
Hydrofluoricum acid – cavities at ROOTS, especially upper jaw. Sensitivity. Teeth feel warm, heavy rough. Worse from cold drinks.
Merc solubis – loose teeth, tender and elongated, inflammation of roots with ulcerate and fall out. Worse heat, cold, night, with swelling gums.
Natrum carb – sour metallic taste, toothache in lower jaw, worse from eating fruits or sweets, better from smoking.
Sepia – teeth feel dull. Hollow molar pains as if elongated and swollen. Worse from sweets, hot or cold, and during menses; better cold water, and inhaling cold air.
Staphysagria – teeth loose, black streaks, crumbling, tender. Tearing pains of lower incisors and their roots when eating. Worse menses, pregnancy, and cold drinks.
Tuberculinum – teeth sensitive to cold air. Sensation as if too many teeth. Tendency to respiratory problems.
