Remedies for preparation, complications, and dental trauma:
Use these remedies several days before:
Arnica montana – the day before, take 30c. Helps the healing process, especially soft tissues. Reduces the likelihood of excessive bleeding and prevention of anti-biotic use.
Calendula – 30c for people that are slow healers.
Echinacea angustifolia – take 30c for a few days to stimulate the immune system.
Phosphorus – to prevent bleeding, and for those sensitive to anesthesia, use 200c the day before.
Veratrum album – pale cold sweating of the forehead; for circulatory collapse. Use 30c the day before.
Remedies to use in case of complications:
Apis mellifica – inflammation and swelling of the mucus membranes and area of the skin. The character of swelling ins allergic. Much worse from pressure, desires cold compresses.
Bryonia – inflammation with clear discharge. Better from pressure, rest, and lying on painful parts; worse from any movement. Room must be warm.
Echinacea angustifolia, Lachesis, Pyrogenium – the most important combination in first aid for beginning infective processes.

Ledum – for puncture wounds, also pains from injections.
