Many have inquired about obtaining a complete protein for the vegatarian diet and while I have given this information directly I wanted to be sure to post it here for those still inquiring.
The need for a complete vegetable protein arises in the fact that there is no vegetable that contains the proper profile to be consided a complete protein by th body. There is no specific diet for everyone, each person has a different environment, genetic makeup, and dietary history. Presented here is a variety of complete vegetable protein mixtures that can be obtained via Amazon.
The products you find that are the same just have flavor variations so you need to choose your flavor. The others that have only one flavor like Hemp Seeds you need to acquire. When finished you will have (4) Proteins. These can be mixed with less than half a scoop per product in to your smoothie or preferred drink.

Also mixing equal parts bee pollen and honey, letting it ferment for a month (aka bee-bread) makes for a great little supplement.

Wholeness. I was wondering what the perfect ratio was to combining pea, hemp, and brown rice protein. I’ve just been doing a 1:1:1 ratio but I’m not sure if that’s correct. I’ve been losing a lot of weight and I’m wondering if I’m doing something wrong regarding the ratio. Please help!
