I’m currently taking blood thinners because I had blood clots in both of my lungs, anxiety attacks, bleeding ulcer on my stomach came from the blood thinners and high blood pressure, is it safe for me to drink or eat this fruit?
I love cacao it is an amazing compound it uplifts and enlightens the mind and body. We drink it regularly in my house the traditional hot chocolate, only I can feel good giving it to my daughter knowing it is vastly healthier than when I was young!

When I first atarted eating chocolate I only like milk chocolate. My mother loves white chocolate but I could not stand it the. Years later I had white chocolate with nuts inside and it was alright. Somehowm something happened.. I started eating darjer and darker chocolate and looking for the kind which does not contain sugar but malitol instead. Now i eat chocolate anwhere from 65 to 80-83 %. However when I was fasting for months and was in the best shape of my life I did eat raw cocao beans from Peru and also grunded them myself and drank… Read more »
