A fungus of the feet, athlete’s foot affects adults primarily. The bacteria eat dead skin and can cause itching, burning and cracking of the skin between the toes. It is caused by having a warm damp environment where the feet are warm and sweat; not changing socks often enough or washing feet. Modern medicine treats it with chemical anti-fungal used topically and internally, although the underlying cause is not treated.
From the natural perspective, the Chinese describe it as a damp heat condition. Many have used natural topicals for relatively fast results while using internal products over several months to eliminate the causes.
Use a probiotic like Primadophalis Reuteri internally. Eliminate sugars that feed the condition. No alcohol, fruit juices (too concentrated) or refined sugars.
