Choose one or more of the following herbs to use in a mouthwash:<\/p>\n

Myrrh tincture<\/strong> \u2013 strengthens the gums and kills bacteria<\/p>\n

Sage<\/strong> \u2013 tightens gums<\/p>\n

White oak bark<\/strong> \u2013 to tighten gums (tea \u2013 boil 10 minutes)<\/p>\n

Calendula <\/strong>\u2013 use as a tea or tincture to heal tissue, or kill bacteria<\/p>\n

Make this herbal formula for gingivitis<\/strong>, or use any of the following singly:<\/p>\n

2 parts Nettle leaves \u2013 anti-inflammatory and mineral rich
\n1 part \u00a0 Red raspberry leaves \u2013 rich in minerals, tightens gums
\n1 part \u00a0 Sage leaves \u2013 healing
\n1 part\u00a0\u00a0 Rosemary leaves \u2013 circulation
\n2 parts White oak bark \u2013 to tighten the gums<\/p>\n

Mix together and steep 1 heaping teaspoon in 8 ounces of boiled water for ten minutes to make a tea (drain herbs), or put dried powdered herbal combination in capsules (taking 2, 3 times a day), or take 1 teaspoon of mixture daily.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Cell Salts to Help Gingivitis<\/h2>\n

To make a cell salt solution<\/strong>, put up to 10 tablets of each cell salt in a 16- to 24-ounce bottle; fill with water and swirl to dissolve tablets. Sip throughout the day.<\/p>\n

Kreosotum \u2013 <\/strong>teeth decay; gingivitis with spongy bleeding gums. Gums puffy, bluish, bleeding, dark and quickly coagulating. Oozing of persistent dark coagulated blood.<\/p>\n
