In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) wild asparagus root is called \u201cTian Men Dong\u201d, which translates to \u201cLush Winter Aerial Plant\u201d.\u00a0 It is <\/span>also called Heavenly Spirit Root<\/em>.\u00a0\u00a0For thousands of <\/span>years, this special root has been revered by Qi-gong masters, Shamans, and Tibetan Monks for its life increasing, <\/span>dream-inducing and heart opening effects.<\/span><\/p>\n

Xhosa Dream Root~<\/span>\u00a0Silene capensis<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
