Many teachers begin their basic Chakra meditation classes starting with the root Chakra and working upwards to the seventh.\u00a0\u00a0While there is necessarily nothing wrong with this, for many people their inner voices whisper to them that <\/span>\u201cyou\u2019re supposed to start with the heart\u2026 this is the first Chakra\u2026 central to all other Chakras\u201d!\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

In this article you will learn about Chakra colors and just one of many meditation techniques\u00a0rated Adept; since the source of this information is well versed with\u00a0out of body experiences and astral travel, ending up with his own meditation technique \u201cthe heart-spiral\u201d<\/em><\/strong>, which seems to harmonize well and pretty much everyone else that was told\/taught this technique reported excellent feedback.<\/span><\/p>\n

The reason many focus on the 7 glands\/Chakra system is because these are the main vortex\/energy points where the soul interfaces with the biological spacesuit via the gland system which produces hormones (harmony).\u00a0 Nevertheless, some <\/span>believe from experience that there are actually 24 prime Chakras.\u00a0 12 are in this physical manifestation and 12 are in the non-physical.<\/span><\/p>\n

We pulse in and out of this existence of focus at approx 24 times per second but are only conscious of the time we are in the physical (possibly why video movie frame rates were based on a minimum of 24 Hz i.e. frames per second).\u00a0 From 12 of these prime Chakras, 7 are mirrored and aligned with the body glands.\u00a0 These are the ones used for the heart-spiral.<\/span><\/p>\n

The other 5 Chakras are over-laid as follows: one above your head, at approx. 60 centimeters above the crown and two hovering in and above your wrists approximately 15 cm, and two in the souls\/soles of your feet (i.e. one in each foot).<\/span><\/p>\n

Another issue of contention and confusion <\/span>is which gland is regarded in the position of the 7th crown Chakra<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0Is it the Pineal or the Pituitary?\u00a0\u00a0<\/em>Reports from astral travels reveal that the\u00a0Pineal is the crown, the communication device between the all-that-is, receiving and transmitting all frequencies.\u00a0 The Pituitary is the surveyor and the two work closely together setting up a resonance chamber in the brain between the two.<\/span><\/p>\n

Everything Begins With the Heart\u2026<\/span><\/h3>\n

The soul\u2019s primary node is this area approx. 2 inches left of the \u201cliver\u201d<\/em> up underneath the rib-cage virtually to the bottom right of the heart.\u00a0 Some know this also as the \u201cassemblage\u201d<\/em> point and there are some that actually claim to move the assemblage point from below the liver into the above area for re-aligning purposes.<\/span><\/p>\n

All energy coming into and out of the body is through the heart Chakra which then loops around in a spiral fashion feeding into and out of the other Chakras.<\/span><\/p>\n

The sequence is as follows\u2026 <\/em><\/span><\/h1>\n

4th Chakra \u2013 Heart<\/span>\u00a0(green) enters here first then<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

3rd Chakra \u2013 Solar Plexus<\/span>\u00a0(yellow) then<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

5th Chakra \u2013 Throat<\/span>\u00a0(blue) then<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

2nd Chakra \u2013 Sacral<\/span>\u00a0(orange) then<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

6th Chakra \u2013 Brow\/3rd Eye<\/span> (indigo) then<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1st Chakra \u2013 Base\/Root<\/span> (red) then<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

7th Chakra \u2013 Crown <\/span>(violet)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2026 then cycles thru again to the heart Chakra.<\/span><\/p>\n

The above is a simple sequence form 1 to 7 of the Chakras opening up.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you draw the flow of it, it is like a spiral.<\/span><\/p>\n

Thymus Gland \u2013 Green<\/span><\/p>\n

First for unconditional love, allowance, and transformation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Transmutation of ALL energy.<\/span><\/p>\n

Receiving and Giving<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Solar Plexus<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Spleen \/ Pancreas \u2013 Yellow<\/span><\/p>\n

Where the energy and frequencies coming in from the heart are experienced as emotions and feelings.<\/span><\/p>\n

Where integrity and power of <\/span>SELF are based.<\/span><\/p>\n

Adrenal Gland \u2013 Red<\/span><\/p>\n

Which grounds you to this physical\/matter reality.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pineal Gland \u2013 Violet<\/span><\/p>\n

Connects you to the Universe\/complete-SELF.<\/span><\/p>\n

Whole Being\/Spirit and then loops\/spirals back into the heart Chakra.<\/span><\/p>\n

Spiraling around again.\u00a0 Creating a spiraling torsion field.<\/span><\/p>\n

Also as an alternative, you can start with the heart and then focus on pairs (one above and one below).<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Base<\/span> + Crown<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Instead of seven steps, you do it in 4-steps.<\/span><\/p>\n

Consider the 4-chambers of the heart, 4-aorta\u2019s and the heart is 4th Chakra.<\/span><\/p>\n

Then the heart also has 7- muscles, which spin\/tilt the blood like a spiraling vortex.<\/span><\/p>\n

Interestingly doing some numbers on the Chakra sequence you find:<\/span><\/p>\n

4 + 3 = 7<\/span>
\nthen 5 + 2 = 7<\/span>
\nthen 6 + 1 = 7<\/span>
\nthen 7<\/span><\/p>\n

or with the 4th as the center<\/span><\/p>\n

then 5 + 3 = 8<\/span>
\nthen 2 + 6 = 8<\/span>
\nthen 1 + 7 = 8<\/span><\/p>\n

Octave of 4= 8 = Infinite Spiral Loop!<\/span><\/p>\n
