An Ambassador, Ambassador Pro, Sovereignty Mentorship, Sovereignty Mentorship Pro, Specialist Account, or Soul Coach in Secret Energy “SE” or Spiritech is held to the same terms as outlined in this Affiliate Agreement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

1. Requirements<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Be at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction. Applicants who are less than 18 years of age, or below the legal age in your jurisdiction, will need to provide written permission from a parent or legal guardian to become and Affiliate. You must be legally able to enter into legally-binding agreements or be cosigned by a legal guardian.<\/p>\n

An Affiliate must complete the registration process, which includes reading, understanding, and agreeing to the Member Agreement, Terms of Use, Chat Policy, and Member Code of Conduct.<\/p>\n

You cannot spam or solicit affiliates.<\/div>\n
Data mining of other users information is prohibited<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
We reserve the right to revoke your affiliate account without reason.<\/div>

You are not allowed to use Secret Energy or any of its affiliated platforms intellectual property that has not been included in our affiliate materials without prior written consent. <\/div>
You are not allowed to speak for or impersonate yourself as an administrative agent of Secret Energy and its affiliated platforms. 2. Ambassador Membership Status<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Ambassadors understand and acknowledge that in order to maintain their Ambassador status that they must pay their Ambassador fees once each calendar month. Failure to pay the Ambassador subscription fee for 30 consecutive days will lead to the cancellation of your Ambassador status. Ambassador cancellation means you are no longer eligible for Ambassador perks and\/or bonuses.<\/p>

Should an affiliate account be\u00a0fully terminated at any time, and for any reason, that account may be deleted from the succession tree and all first-level Members and\/or Associates (and their downlines) may be placed under the terminated account holder\u2019s sponsor without notification from SE. Loss of Ambassador membership due to non-payment of fees is not a full termination, however, any additional commissions awarded by the Ambassador status will be forfeited. After cancellation you are not entitled to access any portion of the site that is for \u201cAmbassadors Only,\u201d or any other information designated as such. Your affiliate status will be restored to Specialist.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

3. Soul Coach Commission Split<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In the event that a customer previously assigned to you under the Secret Energy Affiliate Program becomes a “Creator” in the Soul Coaching program of Sovereignty Mentorship Pro you agree to split the commissions 50\/50 with the Soul Coach who will be responsible for the Creator.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

4. Independent Contractor<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

As a Secret Energy and\/or Spiritech Affiliate I am an independent contractor, and not an employee, agent, partner, legal representative, or franchisee of Spiritech. I am not authorized to and will not incur any debt, expense, obligation, or open any checking account on behalf of, for, or in the name of Secret Energy and\/or Spiritech. I agree that I will be solely responsible for paying all expenses incurred by myself, including but not limited to travel, food, lodging, secretarial, office, long distance telephone and other expenses.<\/p>

I UNDERSTAND THAT I SHALL NOT BE TREATED AS AN EMPLOYEE OF SPIRITECH OR SECRET ENERGY FOR FEDERAL OR STATE TAX PURPOSES.<\/b><\/p>

Spiritech and\/or Secret Energy is not responsible for withholding, and shall not withhold or deduct from your bonuses and commissions, if any, FICA, or taxes of any kind, unless specifically ordered to do so.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

As an affiliate, you are allowed access to product imagery and copy to assist you in recruiting clients for potential sales. You are not authorized to use the intellectual property of Secret Energy and\/or its associated companies in any way that it can be misconstrued that it belongs to you. This means naming your website or business in a similar way to our company and\/or mimicking our site or design. We are offering a direct product affiliation only. Any use of our intellectual property must be approved in writing and via contractual agreement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

6. Affiliate Program and Link Restrictions<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

You cannot post your affiliate link in any chat rooms, live streams, and comment boxes of any of our services or events to recruit downlines from existing members, viewers, and subscribers. This is deemed a serious offense and will result in removal from the network. All affiliate links must be used outside the network in order to maintain the integrity of our ecosystem. <\/p>\n

You are not allowed to post your affiliate link on coupon sites and redirect customers. In the event we detect this you affiliate link will be suspended and all previous payouts will be redacted via the payment provider.<\/p>\n
